Honestly, I don't like the Weevil. He's kind of... disturbing.
I think it's time for a new character.
To date, the Weevil has been more of a prop than a character. He deserves his chance to shine, and he may or may not stick around depending on how he does.

So you defend your base while conquering the world, so you are the base of operations, and you have to control the invasion of South America while defending the mastermind who is in the base?
like how do you combine the defense and simulator?
You can target four territories with the plots you create, and then certain targets within them (leaders, politicians, criminals, journalists, cities, etc.)
But the rest of your description is accurate. You can also switch between bases you've bought in 8 different secret locations, in case you're afraid you might lose your base in an attack or want the benefits that different bases give you.

I'm aiming to make it difficult to win, but difficult to lose, too. Staying in a safe and unambitious state should be very easy with this concept.
Nice, it looks and sounds like a very complex game. I really look forward to it.
The game is complex, hell yes, but my big goal has been to make sure the GAMEPLAY is simple, if you see the difference. I don't mind that there are hundreds of calculations that go into determining the difficulty of a mission, but for the player, all they see is "73% Success" or whatever. The more players mess with the engine and system, the more insight they'll get into how to maximize their output.
...or so I hope.
First of all I would like to thank you for the whole mastermind series so far. I Find it so funny that I whatched it more than 20 times and I still crack a laugh due to it's great humour.
I can't wait for MM4 and MWC, I think you will make Newgrounds history (again) with those additions to the series. Thanks again.

MM4 is going to be back to basics, kind of like MM1 was before I ever expected it to be a series. I'm hoping the episode can stand alone, which should always be priority #1 in any short. Being funny is a distant second in there somewhere :O

I'm nearly finished with a 60 second nearly-traditionally-animated Blockhead short, not a single tween and with almost constant movement from frame to frame for all three involved characters.

Some countries, continents, and territories are left alone by the Mastermind because they don't have strategic significance to him, but because your goal is to destroy the earth, in the end no one is safe ;)
So do I get to choose my own villain?

You play Mastermind himself, but your for your plots you can assign a Patsy to conduct them. Think of Austin Powers 3...Goldmember would be kinda like Dr.Evil's Patsy :D
LOL don't tell me the Mastermind has a moon base, otherwise to destroy earth with yourself in it doesn't really make sense...quote "Everyone thank your comrade for blowing up Finland with you in it"
A Moon Base is available in this game :D But it's not necessary, part of the Mastermind's plan for world destruction involves a safety route.
That reminds me of Dominion, and Starcraft in terms of how clean and simple the navigation and such is.
You should definitely get some people in the PC gaming industry to take a look at this game. I want to see it in mass production!
If there's one thing Fulp has taught me, it's that I should take my own life before considering making a console game or anything like it :O I'm just hoping the Flash game does well first. Baby steps!
On completely on related note have you seen the NEW movie Wanted? I did today and there was a message that's is making me go to a gym I signed up 2 months ago.

That made me decide to start going to the gym. If you have seen the movie you know what I me if not GO SEE IT! It was THE best movie because I saw Angelina Jolie basically naked from the back down but with a towel covering the bottom half of that sweet ass of hers, but also because it had gore and a plot twist that no one watching the movie in the theater did not see coming.
I hope you see it if you have love seeing Angelina Jolie and all of her tattoos which was hot!
