Epic game and i think it's thew #1 on Newgrounds
And i think you should but in your game:
Combining items like: combine blueblockers, paintball mask and iron slab will give you L337 soldier mask or blueblockers and uni-techs will give you L337 souldier uni-techs the same with weapons: combine S&W 500 with laser and S&W 500 with optic will give you S&W 500 with optic and laser etc.
More perks: bigger area explosion, 5% chance to not consume ammo, dual wielding, more money
Accesory: grenade launcher for assalut rifles
Avalible iron slab for Tricky
New armor: belts (chest), Super GO3LM scalp/scraps/guard (the red n' black boss), Halo
New weapons: Minigun (Super GO3LM), RPG-7, Megaaxe (Super GO3LM)
New npc: Auditor, Dr. Christoff, Hofnarr
Practice mode: one corpse of madness guy on a pole so you can test out your weapons
Skins and Achievements: When you kill like 50 zombies you will get an achievement and a zombie skin that can be changed from the menu or 100 agents will give you an agent skin etc.

Dude, put in to a shop to customize your gun?
Grenade launcher on M16, a Sniper, customize desert eagle with moar ammo.
And put moar characters of series. Example: Auditor and Mag Hank.
Put RPG-7?

some suggestions:
sawed off shotgun weapon
bullet time should feel more like max payne style than a weapon
chainsaw weapon
melee all feels like a clunky substitute for guns
A use for silencers/ gold like increased damage/ accuracy
flamethrower weapon
and finally the ability to shoot while dodging in later levels.
