So I've been on an Indie game kick lately and wanted to share something a buddy of mine put together. Take a look at Andrew's game Jumpman and maybe pop em' an email about what you think? I'm trying to convince him that he should switch to developing Flash games, but it's a losing battle :X

Now that we're all here, let's talk Megacon! Don't forget that I'll be hosting a Newgrounds booth with my old friends Egoraptor, Tomamoto, and that rascally Luis, from Feb 27th to March 1st at the Orlando Convention Center. Why not pop over and support the internet's original Flash portal and the people who continue to make it great!

Isn't Jumpman what Mario was originally called in the first Donkey Kong games? Yeah, I read a 600 page book on the history of Nintendo.

I couldn't say, though I know for sure that THIS Jumpman is supposed to be a classic throwback to 8-bit and beyond.

Awesome game. I got up to path 7, when everything went black. It was WAY too hard then, but still, I loved it. The rotation especially. I'm not exactly sure how much you can achieve with Flash, but it doesn't seem like you'd be able to create a game like that very easily.
What was that made with, by the way? C++? I'm trying to learn ActionScript at the moment, but haven't got very far in terms of game-making.
Anyway, hope Megacon goes great, and happy birthday!
